About TrezCap
What is TrezCap?
TrezCap is an applied finance learning, practice and assessment platform. You learn a topic, practise it in a simulation where the platform's financial engines calculate the consequence of every decision, and are assessed on it. Everything runs in a web browser.
Who is TrezCap for?
Students of finance (BBA, MBA and certification candidates), faculty and colleges who want applied practice for their courses, and banking and financial-services training teams.
Is TrezCap a trading platform or an LMS?
Neither. No real money moves and no real trades are placed; it is a practice environment. It is also not a general learning management system: it is built around finance simulations, decisions and evidence, and works alongside the tools a college already uses.
Is the market data real?
Foreign-exchange reference rates come from the European Central Bank's daily published rates. Everything else — equity, bond and commodity prices, and the bank you deal with, FinTreasury Bank Ltd — is simulated for learning. Nothing on TrezCap is investment advice.
Learning, assessment and certificates
How is my work assessed?
Quizzes are marked on the server, not in your browser. Simulation outcomes are calculated by deterministic financial engines, so the same decision always has the same consequence, and the reasoning you give is recorded with it.
What certificates does TrezCap issue?
Certificates of Completion, issued only from your recorded work. Each carries a QR code and can be verified by anyone on the website's Verify a certificate page. A TrezCap certificate is not a degree or diploma and is not accredited by any university or examination body.
Is TrezCap endorsed by NISM, CFA Institute or GARP?
No. Some courses are aligned to or mapped against those syllabi so candidates can practise the examined concepts, but TrezCap writes its own content and has no affiliation with, or endorsement from, any of those bodies.
AI on TrezCap
How does TrezCap use AI?
AI explains, coaches and summarises. It never calculates a financial figure: prices, valuations, risk and liquidity numbers come from the platform's engines. Every number in an AI reply is checked against the figures TrezCap supplied; an unverified figure is flagged in a chat, and in assessed work the AI's answer is withheld.
What happens if the AI is unavailable?
Every calculation, simulation and assessment still works, and the screen says plainly that the AI part is unavailable. Each plan includes a daily AI allowance.
Colleges and institutions
How does a college pilot work?
A typical pilot is one course for one semester. Faculty assign topics and simulations to a class, students work through them, and the college keeps the evidence — every decision and the reasoning behind it, exportable as a CSV.
What does TrezCap cost for an institution?
Institutional pricing is being finalised. Please contact TrezCap at hello@trezcap.com or through the enquiry form with your course and class size, and we will come back to you. Individual plans are listed on the pricing page.
Can faculty see other colleges' students?
No. Each college's classes, students and results are visible only to that college, and the platform's tests check this separation on every release.
Accounts, devices and data
Which devices can I use?
Any modern web browser on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install.
Can I use my account on two devices at once?
No — an account is active on one device at a time. For an individual learner, signing in on a new device ends the earlier session. For college and staff accounts, a second sign-in is refused until you sign out of the other device, or that session times out.
Where is my data stored?
In India, in Google Cloud's Mumbai region. The Privacy page on the website explains what is collected and why.
How do I contact TrezCap?
For enquiries, demos, institutional pricing and partnerships, write to hello@trezcap.com or use the enquiry form on the website's Contact page. For help with your account, signing in or a technical problem, write to support@trezcap.com. Signed-in users can also use Contact Us inside the app.
How do I raise a complaint?
Complaints go to the TrezCap team, which acts as Grievance Officer: write to support@trezcap.com with your name, the account or enquiry it concerns, and what went wrong. If you are signed in, you can instead use Contact Us → Raise Grievance in the app, which records the complaint with a reference and attaches the screen you were on.
