For bank L&D, BFSI training institutes and corporate treasury teams

A banking simulation for corporate training: practise the job before the live system.

TrezCap is a training and assessment sandbox for banks, BFSI training institutes and corporate treasury teams. Graduate trainees, new joiners and branch staff work a full virtual bank, with the controls a regulated institution runs every day: maker-checker approvals, limits and an audit trail. Every decision is scored, so L&D can see who is ready for the desk and who needs more practice.

What trainees practise

  • Treasury and dealing: FX quotes and hedges, money market funding, liquidity and ALM, with deals followed through to settlement and the accounts.
  • Branch operations: account opening and KYC, corporate KYC, counter-fraud red flags, complaints and large-transaction approval.
  • Credit: working capital and term-loan appraisal, credit committee, loan classification and early warning.
  • Risk and compliance: limits and exposure, market risk, AML monitoring, and the maker-checker discipline behind every approval.
  • Role-based simulations for FX dealer, liquidity manager, risk manager, ALM, funding and credit roles, with feedback on what the alternatives would have produced.

How a batch runs

  1. Set up the batch: import trainees from a class list and assign lessons, quizzes and simulations. A training institute can group batches by client bank on one console.
  2. Learn without a specialist beside every trainee: voiced classes with Professor Owl and guided practice on the live screens, so trainers spend their time on the debrief.
  3. Assess with a timed exam for the batch, with its own window, duration, pass mark and attempts. TrezCap marks it; you declare the result and download the result sheet.
  4. See readiness on a scorecard for each trainee, and practise client and committee conversations with AI role colleagues.
  5. Certificates of Completion with an id and QR code, which your organisation can verify online at any time.

A sample onboarding week

For a batch of graduate trainees in credit, a week can run: learn credit; underwrite working-capital and term-loan cases; defend a proposal to a credit committee; run the loan book, classifying it and watching the warning signs; and close with the 100 Crore Credit Decision as the capstone. The days change to suit the role, such as a treasury operations or a branch banking batch.

A sandbox, on simulated data

TrezCap is a training environment, not core banking or treasury software, and it is not connected to any real bank, market or payment network. The data is simulated and none of your customers’ data goes in, so trainees can make a mistake and learn from it before they work on a live system.

Questions

What is a banking simulation for corporate training?

It is a virtual bank that staff and trainees work in as part of a training programme. They take the decisions of treasury, credit, branch and risk desks, the platform calculates the figures, and each decision is scored, so L&D can see who is ready.

Who uses it?

Bank L&D teams for graduate trainees, new joiners and branch staff, BFSI training institutes that train batches for several client banks, and corporate treasury teams.

Does it use our real data?

No. TrezCap runs on simulated data in a virtual bank. It is a training sandbox and is not connected to any real bank, market or payment network.

How are trainees assessed?

Lessons end in quizzes, simulations are scored decision by decision, and a batch can sit a timed exam with its own window, pass mark and attempts. Each trainee gets a scorecard, and those who complete receive a Certificate of Completion that can be verified online.

How do we start?

Try it free, then discuss a short pilot for one batch. There is nothing to install: TrezCap runs in a browser.
